Job Title: Academic & Admission Coordinator

Reporting to: Academic & Admission Manager

1. Manage class schedules, trainer coordination & module delivery.
2. Maintain student attendance, discipline, and assessment processes.
3. Collect feedback, monitor quality, and report to Project manager/principal
4. Organize classes, Medical workshops, and events.
5. Handle inquiries, guide applicants, and process admissions.
6. Respond promptly to all student inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, social media, email, and in-person visits.
7. Provide accurate counseling about course details, eligibility, and career outcomes.
8. Maintain strong relationships with leads and nurture them through the admission process.
9. Coordinate with operations and academics teams for onboarding and scheduling.
10. Participate in marketing campaigns, education fairs, and outreach programs.
11. Maintain admission records and follow up with students.
12. Participate in outreach campaigns and student counseling sessions.
13. Assist in preparing training slides, documents & mock exams.
14. Communicate with students, collect feedback, and support trainers.
15. Coordinate online/offline classes and manage student complaints.

1. Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field. Candidates with Medical field preferably BS MIT, MLT, Nursing, DPT will be given preference. 
2. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and communication tools.
3. Prior experience of 2-3 years in academic coordination, admissions, or student support is highly preferred.
4. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
