• Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the education and service sector.
  • Develop and implement business growth strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, universities, training institutes, corporate clients, and service partners.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
  • Prepare and present business proposals, pitches, and partnership agreements.
  • Meet or exceed sales and revenue targets set by the management.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Education, Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5 to 7 years of experience in business development, marketing, or outreach in the education/service sector.
• Proven track record of achieving sales and partnership targets.

Skills & Competencies:

• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance and achieve KPIs.
• Identify new market opportunities and build strong customer relationships.
• Oversee the entire sales cycle — from prospecting to deal closure — ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with marketing, finance, and operations teams to align sales goals with overall business objectives.
• Monitor competitor activities, analyze market trends, and recommend actionable strategies.
• Prepare detailed sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior management.

Reporting to: Team Lead Admissions

• Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails from students regarding admissions, courses, and general queries.
• Coordinate between the Sales and Admissions teams to ensure accurate information delivery.
• Maintain and update student records in the CRM system.
• Follow up with potential students to ensure timely application completion.
• Prepare daily or weekly reports on student inquiries and admissions progress.
• Resolve basic issues and escalate complex queries to relevant departments.
• Ensure a professional and positive experience for all students.

• Education: Matric or Intermediate.
• Experience: 1–2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the education, retail, service, or FMCG sector.
• Skills:
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Supervise and guide the sales/admissions team to achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
• Coordinate between academic, marketing, and customer service departments to streamline the admissions process.
• Handle inquiries from prospective students via phone, WhatsApp, and walk-ins, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM software.
• Prepare daily and weekly performance reports for management.
• Resolve student queries and ensure a positive admission experience.
• Identify process improvements and assist in developing team training programs.

Requirements

• Education: Intermediate.
• Experience: At least 2–3 years of experience in admissions, sales, or customer service roles.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
• Personality: Energetic, target-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
• Team Management: Ability to motivate, train, and evaluate team members effectively.
